Center for Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases

Dementia is an urgent medical and social issue in Japan. The purpose of the Center for Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases is to clarify the pathogenesis of dementia, to develop diagnostic methids and treatments, and to develop novel techniques for the research in the field of neuroscience. We will establish a research network in neurodegenerative disease and aim to disseminate the latest finding and advances in dementia studies and foster next-generation researchers in neurodegenerative disease.
