Research and Development Center for Advanced Composite Materials

This research center conducts research on carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials with a focus on their evaluation and processing technology, and aims to become a leading base for disseminating research findings in this field. Carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials are used in the manufacture of small- and medium-sized aircrafts, automobiles and robots, which require mass-production technologies and whose further development is expected.
