Research Center for International Transactions and Law [RECITAL]

The mission of Research Center for International Transactions and Law (RECITAL) is to research on issues related to international business and law. The major players in the global economy these days are companies in each country. They cannot make their businesses successful without having relations with businesses in other countries which have different laws, systems, customs, languages, and cultures. However, because of these differences, international business cannot be free from various problems and challenges. This Center seeks to contribute to solving these problems and also to the development of society through research on those issues.
