Research Center for Nano-Bioscience

The rapid advances in bioscience and evolution of nanoscience where nanosized and mesoscopic-sized molecular assemblies are designed and synthesized enable us to understand vital phenomena at the molecular level. In this research center, chemists, biologists, physicists, and mathematicians work together to develop new nano-biomaterials on the basis of the knowledge of nano-bioscience. The center will also establish Doshisha’s own system for supplying the nano-biomaterials to various fields and spreading the knowledge widely all over the world.
